Marketing Mix

The 4 “P” are price, product, promotion, and place (point of sale). Your marketing mix covers these essential elements when bringing a product to market. The marketing mix is intertwined with the marketing goals outlined in your business plan. Some companies may add additional “P”s that are particularly relevant to them, such as packaging or positioning, to tailor the marketing strategy to their specific needs and objectives.

The marketing mix refers to the combination of elements that a business uses to market its products or services effectively. It typically includes the four Ps: product, price, place, and promotion. For example, a company might adjust its product features, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and promotional activities to create a marketing mix that meets the needs of its target market and achieves its marketing objectives.
